Before you start with the outer space, begin with your own body. This will give you fresh eyes and fresh mind to see your environment before you begin modifying it. This is the most important aspect of creating your sacred space. Because if you begin to just more things around according to some formula, you'll be creating someone else's sacred space.

This is your Personal Sacred Space where all programming leaves and pure you shines.

You receive direct communication from universal wisdom.

To Begin;Personal Sacred Space

  1. Stand Up.
  2. Squeeze your buttocks as you breathe into them, hold them tight - now let them go but keep the breath in.
  3. Squeeze your buttock as you breathe out, hold them tight - while still staying with the out breath hold them. (once you've breathed out do not inhale.)
  4. Still in between breath, let go of the buttocks.
  5. Take a few normal breaths and notice how different that feels in your body. Mind feel clearer already.
  6. Squeeze right buttock - hold.
  7. Squeeze left buttock - hold.
  8. Squeeze right buttock and pull your right shoulder towards the buttock. Hold.
  9. Squeeze left buttock and pull your left shoulder towards the buttock. Hold.
  10. Squeeze your shoulder blades.

Now to the extreme ties.

  1. Squeeze right hand - hold - release.
  2. Squeeze left hand - hold - release.
  3. Squeeze right thigh - hold - release.
  4. Squeeze left thigh - hold - release.
